Sunlight isn’t the problem.

For most people, the real problem is slow repair.

When repair capacity is high, the body can:

  • absorb large amounts of sunlight

  • recover overnight

  • return to the sun the next day with little redness

  • gradually develop stronger tolerance

When repair capacity is low, even moderate exposure leads to:

  • persistent redness

  • peeling

  • fatigue

  • avoidance of sunlight

The goal of this protocol is not avoiding sunburn entirely.

The goal is building a physiology that absorbs sunlight and repairs it so efficiently that UV exposure becomes effortless.

That requires aligning several systems:

  • morning light signaling

  • mitochondrial repair capacity

  • DHEA signaling

  • dietary fat metabolism

  • skin hydration and chromophore function

  • elimination of oils that destabilize skin membranes
